- AP EAMCET stands for Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture Medicine Common Entrance Test.
- AP EAMCET is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTUK) on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education (APSCHE).
- It is a state level entrance exam for admissions into various undergraduate courses such as Engineering, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Veterinary etc.., in various Government and Private colleges in Andhra Pradesh State.

AP EAMCET 2020 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
Nationality : The candidate should be citizen of India.
Domicile : Applying candidate should belong to Telangana State or Andhra Pradesh state.
Candidate should satisfy Non-Local/Local status requirement as per the Andhra Pradesh/Telangana Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order of 1974.
Age : Should have completed 17 Years of age by 31.12.2020
Qualification : The candidate must have passed the intermediate or 10+2 level with PCM for B.Tech, B.E, Pharmacy and PCB for pharmacy and agriculture allied courses from Board of Intermediate or any recognized institute.
AP EAMCET 2020 EXAM PATTERN:
- Mode of Examination: AP EAMCET 2020 will be conducted in online Computer Based Test mode.
- Type of Questions: Multiple type questions will be asked, each question having 4 options
- Language Medium: The exam paper will be in Telugu and English language.
- Time Duration: Total time duration of the exam will be of 3 hours.
- Subjects: The question paper will contain questions from the subjects of Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics for E and Biology, physics, chemistry for AM
- Marks : There will be total of 160 questions.
- Marking Scheme:As per the marking scheme, each of the questions will be of 1 mark. There will be no negative marking for right answers.

AP EAMCET 2020 SYLLABUS:
AP EAMCET 2020 COUNSELLING:
Counselling for Pharmacy and Engineering courses
- AP EAMCET 2020 counselling will be scheduled from 2nd week of June 2020 (tentative).
- EAMCET qualified students are only eligible for the counselling.
- Candidates have to online apply for counselling and pay the counselling fee online and appear to the counselling center as per the rank schedule for certificate verification.
- Post which the student has to login online and do the choice filling of course and institute.
- Then the seat will allotted as per the rank secured by the candidate upon his choice filling. The candidate has to report to the institute as per the dates mentioned by the convener.
- In case the candidate does not gets a seat allotment in the first phase of counselling or the candidate wishes to change the institute, he/she can go through the 2nd phase of counselling.
Counselling for Argriculture, Horticulture, B.F.Sc. and Veterinary courses
- Agriculture, Horticulture, B.F.Sc and Veterinary counselling will be done separately by Acharya NG Ranga Agriculture University.
- Candidate willing to pursue agriculture, horticulture or veterinary have to apply for the combined counselling form which will be declared by Acharya NG Ranga University in the month of August 2020 (tentative).
- Then have to attend the Venue as per the dates declared by the University.
- Seat allotment will be done on the same day or the next working day.
- The candidate has to report the institute as per date declared by the convener.
- There may be or may not be 2nd phase of counselling depending upon the seats unfilled in the first phase of counselling.
